The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of composition, lighting, color theory, and procedural content creation. A keen eye for detail, scale, and architectural form is essential, along with solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Bonus points for experience with Speedtree, Gaea, Houdini, ZBrush, Quixel, Marvelous Designer, and 3D scanning techniques.
